We reserve the right to pause or stop work in case of delayed payments.

• Additional revisions may be charged separately
• Major changes outside initial requirements will be treated as a new task

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Giving timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring they have rights to use provided content (images, text, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

• Final project ownership is transferred to the client after full payment
• Orvexia Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

Projects may involve third-party tools such as:

• Hosting providers
• Plugins or themes
• External APIs

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

8. Project Delays

Delays may occur if:

• Required content is not provided on time
• Communication is delayed
• Additional changes are requested

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Business losses due to website downtime or technical issues
