Refund Policy – Orvexia Studio

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Orvexia Studio are generally non-refundable once the work has been started.

However, we believe in fair dealing and may consider refunds under specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered if:

  • The project has not been started yet
  • The client cancels the order before work begins
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service

In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already been started or completed
  • Design concepts, drafts, or development progress have been shared
  • Delays caused by the client (lack of response, missing content, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Services already delivered as per agreed scope

4. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are required to begin work
  • These payments are non-refundable once the project has started

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the work:

  • We will offer revisions as per the project agreement
  • Our goal is to achieve client satisfaction through improvements rather than cancellations

6. Third-Party Costs

Any costs related to third-party services such as:

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting services
  • Paid plugins or tools

are strictly non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method (if possible)
